Our erection process
A clean erection follows a clear sequence, and getting each step right is what makes the difference between a building that’s square and tight and one that fights you for years. We start by verifying anchor bolts and base conditions against the drawings, then set and plumb the primary frames with proper temporary bracing before the permanent steel locks it in. From there it’s purlins and girts, roof and wall sheeting, trim, and accessories — followed by a punch walk so nothing is left loose.

We follow the procedures national general contractors expect on the iron, carry full liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and coordinate around your schedule and other trades so your build keeps moving.
